What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

CCB involves intentionally regulating and deepening the breath in a continuous, connected manner. It's often used to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.


By consciously altering the breath pattern, you can enhance self-awareness, release stress and tension, access deep states of relaxation, and potentially explore emotional and spiritual experiences.


You'll be focusing on the breath and allowing it to flow naturally without pausing between inhales and exhales, creating a rich state of safety, highly oxygenating the body, and inviting you into deeper states of consciousness. Your body, psyche, and soul will invite you to explore what you are safe and ready to release, heal, or learn.

Meet Your Facilitator, Chana Mason

Greetings from Jerusalem, or wherever in Israel or the world my wanderlust and curiosity have led me. I assume you're here because, like me, you're seeking to feel more at home in your body, in your life, in this precious planet we share. 


An ideal home for me is where we feel safe, where we can be ourselves, where we can share our deepest wishes, fears, longings, and losses. It's where we can be held and seen and loved in all of our messiness. 


I'm passionate about turning every space I inhabit into a home and mothering all those who enter, be it with food, tender touch, a listening ear, or shared wisdom. 


For me, facilitating breathwork is a form of midwifery. I aim to create a space so safe and nurturing that deep healing in altered states of consciousness are available to you.


I tap my years as life and business coach, mother, mentor, and healer so you can let go, knowing you are in loving and capable hands. 


My own breathwork journeys have introduced me to ancestors, angels, younger versions of myself, supernatural states of consciousness, fears, pain, loss, and profound love.  


I look forward to holding space for whatever your soul seeks to bring your way.

If you are pregnant or suffer from the following ailments, you'll need to consult your physician before engaging in full breathwork: cardiovascular disease, detached retina, glaucoma, aneurysm, kidney disease, epilepsy, major psychiatric conditions.


If breathwork is not right for you, I can offer you modulated breathing exercises as well as coaching or therapeutic services.
